Ceylon black tea is blended with ginger, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, orange peel, clove and black pepper, with sugar sprinkle additions.
|INGREDIENTS||ceylon black tea, ginger, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, orange peel, clove, black pepper, sugar sprinkles (sugar, rice flour, cocoa butter, thickener (tragacanth) and natural colours (vegetable carbon, carotenes, beetroot red))|
Use 3g, about 1tsp of tea per cup. Brew using freshly boiled water, and steep for 3-4 minutes for the best flavour.
Or, slowly heat some milk on the stove with 2tsps of tea. Mix in some brown sugar, then strain before enjoying with a little grated nutmeg on top.
